We will be commemorating the Tillamook Burn wildfire events that spanned the years 1933 to 1951 . For 2024 we will be using the amateur radio special event callsign W7T and the dates we will be on the air are August 16th, 17th, and 18th.

Operations will be from grid square CN85gp on 20 & 40 Meters on SSB and FT8.

This page will be continually updated with details on how to contact the special event station and submit for a QSL card and certificate.

All proceeds collected will be used for expenses associated with QSL and certificate printing & mailing, with the remainder being donated to the State Forests Trust of Oregon (formerly the Tillamook Forest Heritage Trust) to support facilities like the Tillamook Forest Center.
